Willow's Story...
http://www.valleydogs.org/cp_willow-borderaussie.html -- Hi! My name is Willow. I was abandoned by my owner at a boarding kennel until my foster mom rescued me and promised to find me the perfect home.

My hobbies include hiking, running, chasing laser pointers, swimming and playing with kids of all ages.

I am house trained and great walking on and off leash. In the short time my foster mom has had me I have attracted a lot of attention because of how obedient and sweet my demeanor is.

I am great with other dogs. Cats get me excited, but my foster mom thinks I can get along well with a cat if I had a proper introduction.

I am spayed, chipped and current on vaccinations.

I would like interested people to have fill out one of your adoption applications, and I guess email it to me? My phone # is (602) 910-8843 and can be posted. Thanks for all your help.

This pup is a Valley Dogs Rescue dog. Please contact mespino421@gmail.com if you are interested in meeting this sweet dog

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Willow, a Gilbert Australian Shepherd/Border Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Shepherd/Border Collie for sale in Gilbert, or seeking a Australian Shepherd/Border Collie dog from a breeder in Gilbert.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Gilbert already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Gilbert breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Shepherd/Border Collie breeders who help with Australian Shepherd/Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Gilbert paves the way for another one to be saved.
