Facts about Queen

  • Breed: Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Doberman Pinscher Mix
  • Color: Black - With Tan, Yellow Or Fawn
  • Age: Adult
  • Size: Med. 26-60 lbs (12-27 kg)
  • Sex: Female
Queen appears to have specific ideas about who should adopt her. She loved a middle-aged woman looking for a hearing assistance dog who didn't adopt her, and a 16 y.o. girl who couldn't adopt her. In two other good homes, she acted fearful and talked them out of adopting her.

Here, where she is settled in, she is calm, confident, playful, loving, well-behaved and responsive, house trained. So, if Queen's beauty and breed mix happen to grab your heart, let's talk -- she might really like you, too!

She's spayed, vaccinated, house trained, loves to wrestle with other dogs.

Her adoption fee is $150.00.

About Bridging The Worlds

About Our Rescue Group...

We Are a No-Kill Sanctuary.

Currently our efforts are focused on dogs, who live safe and free here while they recover physical health and emotional harmony. All are spayed or neutered, receive appropriate veterinary care, and excellent nutrition. No cages, no chains. They have 35 snugly fenced acres on which to run and play. They are occasionally separated in large shady enclosures as may seem prudent for the safety and comfort of both the newcomers and the old-timers ? an adjustment period that is usually brief, since most dogs are so fond of other dogs.

Come Meet Our Pets...

By appointment only.

We live a long way down a dirt road with no name -- the few cars that go by belong out here. We make all our electricity from the sun. The straw bale house is 100% passive solar and stays as warm or as cool as we want all year round. Neighbors are far enough away that coyotes (and our dogs) make the most noise. A great place for peace and star gazing.
