Gillian is a female Shih Tzu mix approximately 1 year old. She is a perky, pretty little thing weighing in at 10 pounds full grown. Gillian has been professionally groomed and her gray and white coat is soft, silky, and non-shedding. Gillian is very feminine and girly. She loves to play and will try to get other young dogs her size to romp around with her if she can. She is young at heart and loves to play, tussle, and get silly. She is somewhat dainty in her ways although when she plays she can keep up with the best of them. Gillian is quietly loyal to those she knows and will probably pick one or two people to be her favorite, forever people. She is smart, observant, and quietly curious. Her sweet smile goes straight to your heart and you will be hooked. Gillian walks easily on leash with a harness and is excellent out in public. She wants to be close to those she knows and trusts and will not stray from your side once she has fallen in love with you. Gillian adores being babied, pampered and fussed over. She loves being stroked on the head and will sit very still while you stroke her and talk to her. She's simply darling. Gillian will thrive in a non-chaotic home with maybe another well-adjusted, young and playful dog to pal around with. Gillian was rescued from a very high-volume/high-kill shelter where she was brought in stray. She is healthy and ready for her new forever home today!
Gillian’s adoption donation is $425 (*TAX DEDUCTABLE). She has been SPAYED, MICROCHIPPED, VACCINATED, DEWORMED, DEFLEAED and PROFESSIONALLY GROOMED. Also included is her collar with ID, harness, leash, folder with all of her records, a great PETCO coupon book, and a fun goodie bag with toys, etc.
Gillian is being fostered by Pet Match Rescue Foster Volunteer, Vicki and is ready for her forever home.
