Jasmine's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Jasmine's Story...
Jasmine is one of the 5 "Flower Puppies". They are almost 9 weeks old and looking for their new homes. Although we know that she is Chihuahua, Pekingese, and Cocker (with the largest portion being Cocker Spaniel) she looks more like a Cocker Spaniel. She is playful and sweet and by far the most outgoing. She is one of the largest puppies and will likely end up the size of a small cocker Spaniel . She loves to cuddle. She is crate trained with her littermates. Because she is small and vulnerable, she would do best in a home with older gentle children. If you are interested in meeting her, please fill out our online application at: www.secondchancesalem.org Her adoption fee is:$375.00 and includes: Puppy starter kit, a free health exam, microchip, additional vaccinations, and 6 weeks of puppy classes in the Salem area.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jasmine, a Salem Cocker Spaniel/Pekingese puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cocker Spaniel/Pekingese for sale in Salem, or seeking a Cocker Spaniel/Pekingese puppy from a breeder in Salem.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Salem already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Salem breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cocker Spaniel/Pekingese breeders who help with Cocker Spaniel/Pekingese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Salem paves the way for another one to be saved.
