Dellia's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, and up to date with shots.

Dellia's Story...
This is Dellia. She came from Maryland and apparently was a breeding machine. She was in horrible condition - yeast and bacterial skin infection, HW pos, and has entropian - yet through it all, she still has the heart of a shepherd. Dellia is in a foster to adopt situation and BD&CR is committed to providing any needed medical care until she is back to full health. She is a great dog and wonderful example of the breed. She loves her toys and ball (I don't think she has ever had any toys before) and boy is she a talker!! Woos when you pet her and tells you about her day. A gofundme has been set up to help raise the money for Dellia's medical costs (link included below). She will be spayed, have a much needed dental surgery, and entropian surgery for one, possibly both eyes. Please share and help us help Dellia! http://www.gofundme.com/by81vk

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dellia, a Darlington German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Darlington, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Darlington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Darlington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Darlington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Darlington paves the way for another one to be saved.
