JOSIE's Story...
Josie is a 3yr old spayed female that is happy, friendly, and loves every new day. She is somewhat dominant with the other dogs, usually getting her way at the feeding stations. Josie has a nice energy though, she gets along well with our main pack of 25+ . Jose is very inquisitive and she enjoys learning things. She had one litter of puppies as a young adult and she has an amazing outlook in spite of the neglect she suffered early on. Josie is not very big, she weighs in at about 40lbs and she is very healthy. Her energy level is medium so she needs a fair bit of exercise. This gal will be a very good family dog as she loves kids. Her adoption fee is $95.00.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

JOSIE, a Pie Town Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Australian Shepherd dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Australian Shepherd for sale in Pie Town, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Australian Shepherd dog from a breeder in Pie Town.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Pie Town already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Pie Town breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Australian Shepherd breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Australian Shepherd rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Pie Town paves the way for another one to be saved.
