Like his sister, he shares the opinion that feeding time is the best time of day, and he will put on a great show of antics in anticipation of getting his plate of food. Ziggy is a laid back, mellow dude, but by no means a loner. He loves attention and affection from people and his favorite thing is a good, two-handed neck scratching he’ll drop his head down and stand still for as long as you’re willing to scratch! He is a biscuit maker so even if you don’t hear his purr, you’ll know when you’ve got his approval!
Ziggy is very bonded with his twin sister Apple and they love to play together and snuggle together too! These two charming and friendly kitties are looking for a home together where they can explore and give you a lifetime of love and amusement! They love dogs! They also love cardboard scratching posts which they love to turn into paper shredders! Two awesome Tabby Kitties looking for an awesome forever home! Their Date of Birth is July 4, 2014 are they are spayed/ neutered, up to date on vaccinations, tested negative for FIV and FeLV, and microchipped with Home Again chips.
All Lambertville Animal Welfare cats and kittens are living in foster homes in the greater Lambertville/ New Hope area. Because we are a foster-based rescue group we do not have a physical location that you can visit.
To best support our cats and adopters, we adopt to homes within a 30-45 minute distance of the Lambertville, NJ area. Please contact us for more information if you are interested in adopting or fostering a cat or kitten.
Our adoption fee for an adult cat is $100 ($125 for rescued Purebred or Declawed cats), and the fee for a kitten (6 months and under) is $125. This includes spay or neuter, all age-appropriate vaccinations, testing for FIV and FeLV, any other needed vet care, and a Home Again microchip.
The first step if you are interested in adopting, would be for you to send us an email with your full name, telephone number and where you live, as well as a few sentences about your current or previous pets, your living situation and anything else you think is relevant, so that we make sure there is a perfect match between our cats and adopters!
Once we receive your additional information, our Adoption Coordinator will contact you to discuss further.
We are happy to answer any questions that you may have. Thank you for considering a rescue cat.
