Meet Nelli, she's an approx. 1-2 year old setter/spaniel mix. She came to me very thin after recently having puppies but she's since filled out to a healthy 45 pounds. Nelli was very shy and timid when she first came here to her foster home. She has now came out of her shell and solicits attention especially from children. She loves children, she'll come to them and sit and then roll over for a belly rub. But children over 8 would be best. She also can be a little barky at first with strangers but then warms up as she also does with other dogs. But once she knows everyone is friends then she's ok. But being a female dog I don't think she would mind one bit being the only canine of the home to get all the love and attention. Nelli has been spayed, up to date on her vaccines and microchipped.
