Jake can't get you a great deal on auto insurance and he doesn't wear khakis but he is a total catch! He is approximately 46 pounds of short, stumpy cuteness! Jake greets new people and dog friends with enthusiasm and doesn't know the meaning of the word stranger. He has great manners with other dogs, male and female. He could probably live in a home with a large or scrappy cat that will remind him to mind his manners but he might like to chase a cat outdoors. Jake would enjoy an active dog friend to run around with and he likes to have something to do. He is working on his potty training and acclimating well to life in the house. Jake is an all-around catch!
This dog is spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations and current on flea/tick and heartworm preventative. This dog has tested negative for heartworms. The adoption fee is $375 if your adoption is prepaid and final prior to your dog's arrival. An additional $50 will be charged on dogs that are picked up from our Southbury CT adoption center, adopted at an event or foster home. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with CT HB 5368.
If you are a MA resident, your new family member is required to go through a mandatory 48 hour quarantine period at our Woburn MA isolation facility. Your new family member will be dropped off by our transport on Thursday and will be ready for you to pick him/her up on Saturday between noon and 2pm. An additional $75 fee will be added for puppies picked up from our Woburn MA quarantine facility. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with MA Order 405-CD-12 and Order 1-AHO-05.
