Hi, I'm Roxie, a sweet happy Chihuahua mix, who would love to be your shadow and follow you around the house. When I was with my foster mom less than 24 hours, I was keeping her in my sight at all times! I'm about 8 years old and weigh 13 lbs. I'm housebroken and sleep quietly in my crate. I'm good with male dogs but I'm jealous of other female dogs. I'm good with dog-savvy cats.
Roxie's foster mom says that she can hang out and play or she can chill out and rest on the couch. It's the best of both worlds. She loves going out for walks - she gets so excited when she sees her harness. She is great on the leash. She loves to play with squeaky toys and will pile them nearby to remind you.
If you are interested in finding out more about Roxie, please fill out an
application.
Roxie is being fostered in Holbrook.
The adoption fee is $250.

Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label.
We expect that all adopted dogs will enroll in a formal dog training class with their new owners. Obedience and training classes are an excellent way to learn more about your newly adopted dog, gain handling and training experience, and improve your relationship with your pet.
