Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Well, hi there! I’m Levi. Nice to meet you. As I’m sure you can see from my picture, I am a perfectly adorable, small (13 inches and 18 lbs.) beagle mix boy. I don’t mean to brag (or maybe I do), but I am a ton of fun. I’m 1.5 years old, so I’ve got the energy and spirit of a puppy without the pesky potty training issues. Sure, I may still steal a sock or two, but that’s just me keeping you on your toes! I live with two older beagles and really look up to my older beagle brother. We go everywhere together. I’d like to live with another dog in my forever home, but I also think I could do well with a family with children if I got enough attention and playtime. I like to go on walks even though my mom says I could use some training. I get really excited when I see other dogs and bark a lot, and apparently this is “annoying.” Sheesh. As far as I’m concerned, I’ve come a loooooong way from where I was when I first came to HBHR. I was a stray pup hanging out by a construction site begging for attention and love. Finally, a nice man took me home with him and contacted HBHR. I had heartworms that could have killed me and rough fur because my diet was so bad. I was also skittish and afraid to bark. But look at me now! My fur is soft and my heartworms are gone. All I need now is a forever home and a family to love. Will it be you?
