My story

Hey there friends, I’m Barley, a 2 year old, 57 pound girl in need of a little love and care. I came to AGB in a sad situation where my family had to give me up. They have a toddler and a new baby on the way and feared I needed more time and help than they could provide me, so they turned to AGB. I had two seizures recently and they could not figure out why. AGB had me tested and evaluated and though I haven’t had many seizures, they think I am best suited for a family with at least one stay at home adult. Not being left alone all day helps me stay calm and settled and I seem to do really well in that environment. I’m a sweet and loving girl. They say I have a little “velcro” in me because I like to stay close to people. I get along well with dogs and children. I’m playful and I know the command “sit”, but I would probably benefit from a little more training as I am very smart and could learn just about anything you want to teach me. I ride well in the car and have even been in a boat which I really liked! If you’re looking for a sweet, fun, smart girl like me and have some time to give me a little extra care and love, I hope you will contact AGB and let them know you would like to come meet me, Barley.
