My story

Gonzo’s adoption fee is $350.
Gonzo is an 8 year old male Dachshund mix – he weighs about 14 pounds. He’s neutered, up to date on vaccines and is micro chipped. His favorite activities are eating (of course!), chasing a ball and cuddling. He is house trained if taken out on a regular basis, but like many Dachshunds is not a fan of going out when it’s raining. Gonzo is in a foster home with another dog and tolerates him, but would likely enjoy the attention of being an only pet. Gonzo would be best suited to a single adult home environment (he will bark at sudden noises or when excited - meal times are exciting!), and an experienced owner who will provide him with firm and consistent guidelines for acceptable behavior. In return he will give lots of love and loyal companionship.
