Hello, my name is Chiquita. I am an eight year old silver miniature schnauzer. My foster mom says I am quite pretty. Like my sister, Senorita, I am up to date on all my shots, spayed, and heart worm negative. Though a woman should never have to confess her weight, I am about 22 pounds. I came to Schnauzer Rescue Cincinnati/Florida after my owner died and her husband couldn’t take care of us.
My name in English means little girl. Just so you know, I am bilingual and do respond to commands in both Spanish and English. I am a playful little girl. I love to mix it up with my foster brothers. When I first came to my foster home I thought my goodness! There are lots of boy Schnauzers here. They love to play and at first I just observed them. Then I decided it looked like a whole lot of fun to play with them. My sister is currently trying to teach them manners but me, I just want to have fun!
I love to go for walks and love to meet people along the way. I am good with humans but I don’t think I like cats. There is one that hangs out in the backyard of my foster home and I like to chase him along with the rest of my pack! I am very quiet and rarely bark. I love to snuggle up next to my foster mom and dream of my furever home. If you have enough love in your heart for me, would you please, please fill out an application so I can get started on my next journey?
My adoption fee is $300.00
Chiquita is fostered by Liz in Louisville KY
