Hazel's Story...
Kitty Junction is so excited to say that not only has Hazel found her furever home, she has found it with another kitty previously adopted from us!!! Thank you so much Michelle for coming to meet this adorable girl at one of our meet n greets and falling for her!! Michelle was looking for a companion kitty for Butler (formerly Mew) who she and her mom adopted from Kitty Junction last November and we are so happy to say that Hazel was a purrfect fit!!! The family has renamed her Belle and say that Butler absolutely adores her:) They LOVE to sleep together and play together, and when Belle was away for a few days to get spayed, Butler was so sad that he actually stayed by the front door the entire time waiting for her to return home!!

Hi! My name is Hazel and I am a super cute tuxedo kitten approximately 16 weeks of age. My mommy was an outdoor stray kitty that was being fed by a previous adopter Michelle and her next door neighbor in Doylestown. When they noticed she was pregnant, they became worried we may not survive especially with all of the fox and hawks in the area. Michelle generously offered to foster her and us (Lumiere, Bear, Hazel and CJ) until we were ready to find own own families:)

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hazel, a Horsham Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Horsham, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Horsham.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Horsham already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Horsham breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Horsham paves the way for another one to be saved.
