Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi, my name is Sienna. I am a female Feist/Boston Terrier/Dachshund/Husky mix. I am a beautiful brindle color and low to the ground with the build of a Dachshund. I weigh about 32 pounds and my birth date is 7/16/14 making me a year old. I am current on all my vaccinations and I have been spayed. I am a shy dog only if you are new in meeting me and I don't know you yet. After I get to know you, I really come around. I have been taken once or twice a week and left at a stranger's house about 4 hours each time. First time I just stared at them. Second time I took treats. Third time I road shot gun. Fourth time I went to the park on a leash and did great. I met other dogs and new people with confidence. Whoever adopts me needs to know that patience and time and of course love is a must. Since I will be shy at first, let me acclimate to my new surroundings on my own time. I love to play with other dogs my size. I run on the acreage with my foster mom, well my foster mom might call it running but really I just lope along because of my short legs. I allow my foster mom to think she can outrun me. I come when I am called and I love toys and treats. I will make a great pet for someone willing to bring me to my full potential which is waiting to surface. A home with older children would be best because of my shyness. I need to know that I can trust you and that you will not throw me away because I am not perfect yet. I want someone who will work hard with me to be like the Little Engine that COULD! HHS. ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED. CONTACT US AT 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.com
