Hitty is a sweet, happy, and playful puppy. He is friendly with people and gentle with children. He gets along well with other dogs of all sizes.

Hitty is super friendly and sociable. He is easy-going and very friendly with all ages of people. He is your average puppy, energetic, affectionate and cuddly. Hitty loves doggie playmates; he’s at a good age to be introduced to cat. He will greet everyone he meets with a happy wagging tail. He is very well behaved; he has learned lots of good manners at the foster home. He is smart, already mastered some basic commands at such young age. He is potty trained on pad and newspaper.

Meet Hitty!

Little Hitty was born with two other siblings in a banana orchard. The mother dog tried every effort to protect her stray family. Sadly, not long after she gave birth, she was found dead on the roadside, with signs of being poisoned and beaten. One rescuer was drawn to the scene by overhearing desperate puppies crying out loud for help. Obviously these pups were too young and too vulnerable to survive on their own. The rescuer decided to take these distressed pups out of the orchard and find them foster homes. Hitty is one of the lucky pups.

Hitty is all healthy and ready for his forever home. He is neutered, current on all shots, and microchipped. We are looking for a family that understands the responsibilities of raising a puppy. Please give this adorable, kind, affectionate little guy a loving forever home! Hitty will make a loyal, loving companion in your life!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hitty, a Castro Valley Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Castro Valley, or seeking a Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Castro Valley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Castro Valley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Castro Valley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Castro Valley paves the way for another one to be saved.
