Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi there, my name is Mandy. I was born in the woods and lived happily there with my sisters and brothers. But one day my mommy did not return to us after looking for food. My brothers and sisters left and I was all alone. I started crying and someone picked me up and I could tell I was safe. I went home with my new mommy and was very happy to have a nice comfy home. Until she found out that I am partially blind and she didn’t want me anymore either because I’m not “perfect”. She dropped me off at a kill shelter.
Thankfully I was rescued a second time, although she is my foster mommy. She took me to see an eye doctor who said I will never completely see, but I’m otherwise perfectly healthy and active. I don’t even have to have special food or medicine, but I can’t go outdoors without being held because of my eyesight. It took me a few days to adjust to my foster brothers and sisters and now we all play together. Nothing is a challenge for me, not even stairs. I can race up and down just like any other kitten!
I am very cuddly, loving and affectionate. I really just want to be loved all the time. I promise I’m no trouble at all and will bring a lot of love and joy to your house.
