located in Red Bluff/Redding area
transport for super matching home towards SAC maybe be possible

He's not a SADT dog but we are knowledgable to help the rescuer with our /matching

screening experience
apply at
www.sadt.info

tons of pics and videos there too as well as his DNA test

you can see him with a total stranger in all the pics and videos
what a loving happy boy he is
he needs a great new companion a single guy or woman as best buddy would be super

or a couple is fine too

Max is about 4 yrs old, 65 solid pounds and gets around well with 3 legs, he goes for daily walks at his foster home

Come play time, Max loves squeaky toys and romping at the dog park (having a ball with both big and small dogs) that was his fav thing to do when he lives in the Bay area with another short term foster

He can do anything a four-legged pup can do (run up stairs, play fetch, you name it) but of course he's not a marathon runner and living in a home without stairs will help him once he gets older

Maximillian is a wonderful boy to the right dog experienced person, he's pretty easy and very loving to the people he calls his family as well as any stranger outside his home he's a super protector of his family and home when inside his own home because he lived and was trained with a homeless guy to protect him

so that's why we are looking for a home either in country without much foot traffic or someone that knows to put the dog inside a crate or another room when someone comes over until you and a trainer work together to retrain him if that's needed

Max takes protecting his home and family seriously we do not want him to just be a protector but a loved family member

He can do very well out in the boonies or if in city do as stated above

we all would be avail after adoption as well to help with suggestions and help with our knowledge

as well as the trainer you will hire to help you if you live in the city

that's why his adoption fee will be very low as you will show pre pay ment of the training if you do not live in the country

Please be dog and breed experienced in a quiet, calm mellow home but active enough for daily walks and playtime

fenced yard a must

looking for true dog whisperer folks that know less talk is actually more with dogs and that natural leadership

is great to have

He belonged to a homeless person before the rescue took him in

he had an accident being run over by a car a rescue paid for his vetbill and leg amputation

please apply if you feel you could be a great match
once we have app feel you're right match you can speak directly with foster mom

looking for a stable home owner over the age of 25 years

small adoption fee to matching home only, fenced yard a must, references, home owner, pictures of home

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Max read DNA test, a Redding Boxer/American Staffordshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/American Staffordshire Terrier for sale in Redding, or seeking a Boxer/American Staffordshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Redding.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Redding already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Redding breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/American Staffordshire Terrier breeders who help with Boxer/American Staffordshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Redding paves the way for another one to be saved.
