Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Rocky! He's a one year old black lab mix that was recently adopted and returned because he didn't like the cats in the family. The family only had one cat and Rocky played rough with it. Now they adopted a kitten and the family was afraid he would hurt it. Rocky was great with the 4 year old boy in the family but once in a while played a little rough. This sweet boy slept on the floor in the bedroom and loved to lay on the couch and watch TV with the family. Rocky was a little shy of newcomers in the home and would hide until he got used to them. He was awesome with his house training and would go to the door when he needed to potty. Rocky is excellent on a leash and has manners too. He loves treats and takes them gently. It's too bad he didn't like the cats because other than that, he was the perfect family pet. Any family would be lucky to adopt Rocky.
If you have kids and/or another dog in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet. No appointment is necessary. Stop by anytime during regular business hours.
