My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Betty is a female Olde English Bulldogue and 56 pounds of pure love!! She is as sweet as they come and is totally submissive. She just wants kisses and cuddles and maybe some belly rubs and treats from time to time, but so far her life has been one disappointment after another. As if her life as a neglected backyard dog wasn't sad enough, Betty was rescued from that situation only to be let down by unscrupulous humans again. An adopter came forward and pledged to take her in, but sadly after tons of coordination and planning and a mere 24 hours before they were to pick her up, they called and backed out. They had no remorse, clearly no integrity, and now unfortunately for Betty she now has nowhere to call home. She deserves better than this!! Beautiful Betty has already been fully vetted - we're talking vaccinations, spayed, microchipped, the works!

Potential adopters will need to fill out an application and provide vet and personal references. There will be a home check and a $300 adoption donation required. Betty is in need of an immediate foster home or, even better, a forever home that will keep her safe and cherished for the rest of her life.
