Zeke--pending's Info...

Zeke--pending's Story...
Zeke came to us as a stray from a shelter so we don't know about his past but we do have a good idea how he became lost from his home.
Zeke has never met a physical fence he can't get over. So for this reason Zeke MUST go to a home that has invisible fence or physical fence with invisible fence as back up. He will need owners that are experienced in training to invisible fence.
Zeke isn't looking to run away he is looking to find his people. He is happy to be with his family if you are outside but if he can't find you he will go searching.

Zeke went to a foster home briefly and he enjoyed playing with their female dog, but he does love to play rough like a puppy. We suspect Zeke is anywhere from 1 to 2 years old.
When he was there they said he didn't have any accident in the home or try to tear anything up. He also does well in a crate and that is always strongly recommended with any new dog you bring home.

In Zeke's new foster home he has met the resident kitties and did not seem to have much interest in them.
Zeke's new foster Mom is working hard to get Zeke trained to invisible fence and so far he is a quick learner.

Zeke needs a family that is 100% dedicated to keeping up with his training and give him all the love he deserves!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Zeke--pending, a New Richmond Doberman Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Doberman Pinscher for sale in New Richmond, or seeking a Doberman Pinscher dog from a breeder in New Richmond.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in New Richmond already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a New Richmond breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Doberman Pinscher breeders who help with Doberman Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in New Richmond paves the way for another one to be saved.
