Angel's Info...

I am purebred, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Angel's Story...
Angel is an adorable little 8 lb Maltese girl, two years old. Her elderly owner began to have health issues and had several upcoming surgeries, so she didnt have the time for Angel any longer. Angel still needs work on house training, but other than that is a perfect darling! She is affectionate, friendly, sweet, calm, & gentle. Angel is healthy and up to date on all vet care (recent exam, spayed, fully vaccinated, on Heartgard and Frontline, mirochipped.) Gets along fine with other dog, cats, and with well behaved children who are gentle (she is so little that a toddler could accidently hurt her, so we prefer an adult only home.)

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Angel, a Mount Gilead Maltese dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maltese for sale in Mount Gilead, or seeking a Maltese dog from a breeder in Mount Gilead.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Mount Gilead already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Mount Gilead breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maltese breeders who help with Maltese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Mount Gilead paves the way for another one to be saved.
