Nails's Story...
We are a bonded pair, meaning that we have to go home together! We have always been together and can’t imagine going home without each other. Do you have room in your house and in your heart for two sweet girls? Izzy is the 7 year old long haired flat-coated retriever mix and Nails is the 6 year old boxer retriever mix. We are both house-broken and know our commands! Nails loves to play while Izzy is more laid back but they don’t let their age show and are truly young at heart. If you’d like to get to know this beautiful pair please ask to meet us in a play yard!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Nails, a Fort Myers Boxer/Retriever (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/Retriever (Unknown Type) for sale in Fort Myers, or seeking a Boxer/Retriever (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Fort Myers.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fort Myers already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fort Myers breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/Retriever (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Boxer/Retriever (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fort Myers paves the way for another one to be saved.
