On Friday (8/14) a beautiful, 6 year old retriever mix was surrendered to the Carson Shelter. She sat on a stray hold thanks to a data entry error. When our volunteer was at the shelter over the weekend she knew something wasn't right and we inquired about her. We were able to pull her on Monday 8/17, once the glitch was realized, and she immediately went to the vet as we knew something w as very wrong.
Aloa, sat for days, in pain, her owner never bothered to tell the shelter she had been hit by a car! This poor, sweet girl sat on a cement floor in extreme pain! She needs immediate surgery to repair her pelvis. From our orthopedic surgeon she has Bilateral Sacroilica separation! Now we need Everyone's help!
Aloa is so sweet and gentle, even in extreme pain she just wants to be loved. No donation is too small and it will all go towards her care! All donations are 100% Tax Deductible!! THANK YOU!!
