Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Jessie is a Shepherd mix about 7-8 months old (as of early August). She is a love, and is great with other dogs and people of all shapes and sizes. She is crate-trained, housetrained and submissive to older bigger dogs. She can be a little bossy on first meeting but responds well to correction from other dogs. She is a petite little size at about 40 lbs. She is best friends with Sydney (also available on our site).
Even though Jessie was rescued by our southern partner rescuers from a neglectful situation, she is very sweet with people. It’s amazing how forgiving dogs are. She was left outside in the rain in a wire kennel in the mud.
To apply to adopt this dog, please visit our web site to access our application and learn more about adoption through Lucky Pup Rescue, www.luckypuprescue.org, or request an application via email, luckypuprescue@yahoo.com.
Please note, we do not have a physical location, but we are supported by a network of wonderful foster homes that are spread throughout New England. A dog will need to be visited by a prospective adopter in the foster home where they are feeling safe and comfortable.
