Here's what the humans have to say about me:
The story begins with a sad cat, most probably abandoned, who was seeking out food on the street. Some kind people noticed him, and started feeding him regularly. They saw what appeared to be just a lonely and dirty street cat in a new light. Billy, aka Gumby, suddenly had regular food and water. He had humans helping him. Quickly his true nature came through. This metamorphosis resulted in a happy cat, radiating love and affection. The caretakers decided he deserved a second chance and brought him to the shelter. Everyone loves Billy. He is affectionate and friendly to everyone he meets. He’ll rub against you then hop on your lap for a little more intimacy. He is now confident and hopeful. We think he does prefer to be an only cat, but let’s talk about that when you come for a visit. This Cinderella story deserves still needs a happy ending. Take Billy home learn what friendship really is.
