Hi there! My name is Topper (aka Tooper) and I am a nice beagle boy that needs to find a new home. I was found as a stray in Virginia a few months ago and thought I was safe with another Rescue, but they changed their minds when they found out that I was a little older and also had heartworms. Lucky for me, Penny Angels looked beyond those things and came to my rescue! Thank goodness they came along, too, because I don't know what would've happened to me otherwise.

I am about 8 years old, though everyone says that I look much younger. I weigh 22 lbs. of sweetness and love everyone that I meet! My treatment for heartworms is completed, so now I just have to wait for the right person to come along. Could that right person be you? I hope so! I am such a happy boy and will make a wonderful addition to any family!
