Zona's Story...
Meet Zona! Unfortunately her owners are having some major health problems and are unable to care for Zona (and Max), so they have reached out to us to help find them forever homes. And we are glad to help. Zona is the type to bond to one person and stay fiercely loyal to them. She would do best in a home without kids or with older teenaged children, as she is scared around fast moving children. She is good with other dogs, loves kitties, and loves to take walks and ride in the car! Her adoption fee of $100 covers all of her medical! She's spayed, UTD on Vaccines, and Microchipped. Are you Zona's forever?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Zona, a Phoenix Beagle/Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle/Chihuahua for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Beagle/Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle/Chihuahua breeders who help with Beagle/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
