Mr. Smiley is my nickname, looking happy is my game! Everyone who meets me compliments me on my big, sunshiny smile and wants to hug my broad, muscly neck. I am a handsome guy who radiates with happiness when you pay attention to me. I love being with my people and meeting new people. I may look tough but I'm really a softy and love to have my behind scratched and to flip on my back and have my belly tickled. I would love a real swimming pool as I love to jump in my foster's kiddie pool and dunk my head and bite at the water. I have a silly side and will run in donuts, chase toys and balls. I am always up for an adventure and jump in the car, ride shotgun or sit quietly in back, beaming my cheeky grin. I love getting chicken nuggets from "Chik-fi-let"!
I am an "alert woofer" but not a big barker. I am a 7 year old grey/white American bulldog mix, weighing 87 lbs. I prefer the company of calmer, medium and small sized dogs if introduced properly. I am good on a leash and listen to my handler, even when another dog acts aggressive towards me. I like cats a little TOO much but I've learned they're off the menu and listen to my foster even when they're pretty close. I really want to please. I love sleeping in a crate on a soft bed and i am housebroken. I prefer to be inside with my people. My foster mom says I am very powerful so although I'm very gentle and calm most of the time, I need a physically strong person and probably older children. I know "Sit, Wait, leave it, car, come, crate, outside," sit nicely for treats and my meals. If you are looking for an all around awesome buddy that makes you smile, then BRAVEHEART is your dog!
