Are you looking for a perfect companion? Well then, that's me, Daisy!! Foster Mom says I'm perfect!! I like to spend time with my human but also play with my two foster brothers. The one guy is kinda big at 80 pounds but he doesn't scare me! I even give him a low growl when I think he is getting too much attention from Mom. You see I love LOTS of attention, cuddling, petting and belly rubs!! I would be happiest in a home with no other pets or only one other hound about my size so I can give you all my attention and love!!
I am a very smart girl! I already know sooo many things and learn very quickly! I have not had any accidents since I arrived in my foster home and I hear that is very important to humans. I can potty on leash if you don't have a fenced yard. I do like to run in the yard though and check for squirrels. I know how to sit for treats. (I like treats by the way!!) I also love to go to the park. I do pull on my leash though. I have a harness to help me with that. Maybe we could work on that together! :) I also like to greet people by jumping on them. Foster Mom says not everyone likes jumping so we're working on that. It's sooo hard though because I just love everybody!! Everyone who has met me can see how special I am! I also like toys, especially ones that you can throw and I can chase. I will even bring the toy back to you so we can do it again! FUN!
As you can see in my pictures, I have a long svelte body, probably because of my bassett heritage. My muzzle is a little longer which just makes it easier for me to follow those hound scents. I love to ride in the car and am looking forward to my trip to Beaglefest. Come out and meet me there! Remember me--Daisy--the perfect beagle for you!!
