My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Chelsie is a beautiful red brindle who just turned 2. She is not small dog or cat tolerant. Chelsie is quite extroverted. She is a littermate to Piper, previously adopted..

Chelsie here. You're not going to believe this but the boarding facility has CHICKENS! Okay, so I didn't actually know what a chicken was before I moved here, but they're AWESOME - fluffy, squeaky and the perfect size for carrying around in my mouth. If only I could get into that pen... I've asked Piper to help me MacGyver it so we can break it, but no luck yet. She seems to be dreaming about her forever home most of the time... I'm hoping my new roommates will be more focused on the fluffy, clucking prize. Anyway, I'd love to move in with you. Probably best if you don't have small, furry creatures about. It's hard for me to think of anything else when they're teasing me with their furry goodness. I think I'd like to live with a fun family, with lots of activity and adventures. I'm going to Piper to no puppies surgery on September 3, so I had hold her paw and keep her company. Once I know she's okay, I'm ready to go!

FOSTER UPDATE:

Chelsie is a great pet. She is house trained using a dog door and gets along well with other large dogs, male and female. Both foster parents work outside the home, and Chelsie has no separation anxiety while they're gone.

Chelsie is medium energy. She enjoys playing with toys and going for walks. Her favorite food is pizza, which she steals off the kitchen counter. Chelsie is a happy, leaner, love bug. She will be a great addition to any family without cats or small dogs.
