Harvey is a gorgeous black bundle of love. He has the typical happy to lucky lab temperament that everyone instantly falls in love with. Harvey is good with other dogs and amazing with kids. We do not know how he would react to a cat. He loves to swim and does not want the summer to ever end. Harvey is looking to start a new life with a family who appreciate him for the lovable funny boy he is.
