Jacko's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Jacko's Story...
Hi name is Jacko! My foster mom says I'm the sweetest little gentleman! I'm a mellow fellow that gets along with other dogs and cats quite easily! I enjoy squeaky toys and chasing balls! But I'm happiest lounging with you on the couch or recliner and I'll even let you use the remote! ...sometimes :)

I like kids but I don't enjoy being handled by the little ones! My ideal home has visiting children only, with a safe place mom or dad can put me if the kids get too handsy, (I like to love at a distance)!

My foster mom says I'm awesome in my crate and I understand that outside is the place to go... I'm just really, really, really subtle at telling my family when I need to go out! Because of that, I'm going to need some patience with house training!

I'm 8 years old but I don't let that stop me! I'm neutered and up to date on my shots! Right now I'm living in CT with my foster family (two other dogs and a cat!)

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jacko, a Oakdale Jack Russell Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier for sale in Oakdale, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier dog from a breeder in Oakdale.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Oakdale already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Oakdale breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Oakdale paves the way for another one to be saved.
