My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello People,
We are Rosie and Bonnie, a beautiful pair of two year old bichons. Our foster Mom says to tell you that I, Bonnie, am the more social and outgoing of the two of us -- and that Rosie is a sweet and gentle little ‘bit of a girl.’

Since we came to Mom’s we discovered this really neat thing… grass! Oh boy do we like to run, play and roll in the grass. We didn’t know that there was anything quite as special as grass and a big yard… wow, aren’t we lucky?

I am happy romping and playing while Rosie is much shyer. Both of us are very affectionate – in fact Mom says Rosie is even more affectionate than I am. But Mom also says that I like to take care of Rosie and that I groom her and kiss her face. We both like to jump into Mom’s lap and give doggy kisses ((because both Rosie and I LOVE to be loved, held and cuddled.)

Mom is trying to teach us how to play with toys and is working on our housebreaking. We are smart and anxious to please - so she thinks we’ll master that very soon. In the meantime she has trained us to use the crate – in fact we like to share one crate and the same bed – you see we really do love, and need, one another!

We are two very sweet and affectionate little girls who are extremely bonded and must be adopted together; our previous owner had us debarked so we don’t make many sounds – but you can see how happy we are by the look on our faces! If you are interested in meeting us, please complete our adoption application at www.bichonfurkids.org and we’ll be in touch.
