Molly's Info...

Molly's Story...
"Molly" is a beautiful one-year old female Yellow Labrador Retriever mix who was brought to the HSOV on August 27, 2015 after she was found on Sheldon Avenue in Marietta, Ohio. This lovely young lady has a cream-colored short smooth coat, a long tail, and a very pretty face with a black button nose and long floppy ears. "Molly" has a happy disposition and a lovable, fun-loving personality. She is quite playful, walks well on a leash, and is a pushover for attention. "Molly" was having the time of her life being the 'belle of the ball' while she had her glamour photos taken. She was so sad when her 15-minute of fame ended and it was time to go back into her kennel :( "Molly" currently weighs 51.4 lbs. She will be available for adoption on August 30, 2015 if she is not reclaimed before that date.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Molly, a Marietta Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Marietta, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Marietta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marietta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marietta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marietta paves the way for another one to be saved.
