My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi there! My name is Austin! I am an 8 month old Min Pin Dachshund mix. I weigh about 10 pounds. I am a high energy little guy who loves to go, go, go! I will need an active home that can keep up with my boundless energy! Before I came to rescue, my leg was broken. The shelter I was at did surgery on my leg and the break has healed, but I do have to do daily exercises to build the muscle in that leg. I am house broken with a routine, crate trained, and great with other dogs (especially if they like to play!) I am a bit fearful of small children so a home with children over 10 would be best for me. I have not met any cats yet so I am not sure how I feel about them. I am neutered, current on vaccinations, on a heartworm preventative, and microchipped. My adoption fee is $175.
