My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Sunshine!
Sunshine is a small 5 pound chihuahua. Sunshine is about 3 years old. Sunshine was found on the side of a busy road hit by a car. She could not use her back legs at all - they were totally smashed. A Good Samaritan saved her and took her to emergency care. We were contacted by the county to step up and take her.
Sunshine's recovery has been difficult! She was castes with bright pink casts then had major surgery on both legs. Sunshine will always require a little extra vet care for the rest of her life.
She is a fun dog , naturally playful and energetic despite her condition. She wants to run and play with other dogs but just cannot do that yet.
Sunshine is housebroken and has to walk on a leash right now, she would do well with,it's anyone but small and young children would not be allowed.
Sunshine is UTD on all vaccines , spayed and UTD on heart worm preventative. She is negative for HW. For more information on Sunshine or to adopt Sunshine, please visit our web page at www.limbochihuahuas.org or contact Megan at 727-423-0226.
