I am already neutered.
This pup was found walking the rail to trails area with his leash still attached a few weeks ago. The owners have not shown up to claim him. I have searched some lost dog sites but to no avail. The lab mix is neutered and about 3 years old. He is very friendly and is up for adoption at the Southington Dog Pound. An small electronic device with a button was attached to his collar but not working. The ACO will be trying a new set of batteries in the device to see what clues it can provide.
