Hi! My name Is Fancy Nancy! I am a 4 year old Shih Tzu and I weigh 12 lbs. I am sweet as pie and I love everyone-kids, dogs, cats-you name it! I am recovering from a really bad skin infection b/c my former owners forgot to treat me for fleas but thanks to the rescuers I am recovering beautifully and live in a foster home in the Pacific Palisades. Give me a few months and my hair will grow back all over and I will be the gorgeous shih tzu I was meant to be! Life is GREAT! I am crate trained, house broken, spayed, micorchipped, and current on vaccinations. I am a prize!
