My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Barb is another one of the many dogs dropped off at high-kill shelters by their owners. You can see in her eyes she has no idea what's going on. This poor girl is afraid and confused now, but she'll soon learn there are better days ahead. Not surprisingly, this pretty girl is a little on the shy side. But she is very sweet and warms up quickly. Barb is 4 years old and weighs 25 pounds. Please help this Welsh Corgi mix find the loving home she deserves.

From Barb's foster Mom & new pictures: Barb is the sweetest lady. Though at first she is a bit shy, Barb quickly opens up and demonstrates her excitement of your presence. Her fluffy tail is always wagging...first thing in the morning when she wakes, anytime she is fed or gets a treat, anytime she sees you and of course, right before bed. Barb is extremely polite, a calm eater and drinker and housebroken. She gets along very well with our three dogs who tower over her, though they do not intimidate her. Barb spends most of the day napping, either with someone, or if everyone is busy at home, she goes downstairs into her bedroom, jumps onto the bed and gets lost in her doggie dreams. Barb truly brightens up each day with her sweet tail wag and smiling eyes.
