Lillian's Story...
Meet Lillian (aka Lily). She joined the PPSNR Family on August 19th. Lily is a 1-year-old Puggle (3/4 pug and 1/4 beagle). She was surrendered to PPSNR by her owner. Lily gets along great with her pug bother and sisters & ignores the cats. She is full of typical endless puppy energy. Her foster mom says she is a very happy little girl and has a tail that never stops wagging. Lily is up-to-date on her vaccinations and will be spayed on August 26th. After a little recuperation, she will be ready for a place to call home. If you’re interested in providing Lily her forever home, please complete an adoption application and remember to mention Lily by name.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lillian, a Huntingdon Valley Pug/Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pug/Beagle for sale in Huntingdon Valley, or seeking a Pug/Beagle dog from a breeder in Huntingdon Valley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Huntingdon Valley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Huntingdon Valley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pug/Beagle breeders who help with Pug/Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Huntingdon Valley paves the way for another one to be saved.
