Hello Folks! My name is Chase. I am a 2-year-old neutered male Belgian Malinois mix. I weigh approximately 72 pounds.
I'm a whole lot of sweetness! I love every person I meet and I get along great with other dogs, too! You'll never meet a nicer dog than me. If you are looking for a loving, playful, energetic pup to spend your days with, then don't pass me up. I'm definitely the dog for you!
Before I came to CageFree I spend some time in a local high-kill shelter. Actually, I was there on two separate occasions. Once in May and again in August. Can you believe a guy like me had spent anytime in a shelter at all? I'm way too handsome for a place like that!
The first time I was brought in as a stray. I was already neutered, so I definitely belonged to someone. I spent 6 days at the shelter before I was rescued. My friends aren't sure if my owners picked me up or if I was adopted by someone else, but I was only with my family for 3 months before they returned me to the shelter.
I don't know why my family dumped me. I thought that I had a forever home. Thankfully, my second stay at the shelter was a short one also. I made friends with one of the volunteers at the shelter who knows the people at CageFree. The moment they heard about me they knew they wanted me to be a part of their rescue. I was so happy when I heard the news! I've been promised that I'll never end up in the shelter again.
I'm looking for a family that likes to do a lot of fun activities with their canine friends. I'm an inquisitive, young dog who would really enjoy going on adventures with my new family.
