My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Pollard is a shepherd mix pup. He is about 3 months old and weighs 15 lbs. Pollard is such a sweet dog. He is a friend to every foster dog and always is so well behaved. Pollard has such a beautiful face with his black mask and floppy ears. He is a big boy with very large bones and big feet. SUPER sweet and would not hurt a fly. Pollard is working on his potty skills in his foster home and he is ready for his real HOME.

If you are interested in giving Pollard a wonderful home, go to our Facebook page and download the application from the "Notes" section. While you are there, please "Like" our page to see our new available dogs and keep up with upcoming events.

Pollard's adoption donation is $550 which helps to cover the neutering, shots, bordetella (kennel cough), flea/tick prevention, heart worm prevention, vet examination, certificate of health and transportation.

Pollard is living with a foster family in Tennessee. He will travel to his new family once he has been adopted. We use a weekly professional pet transport to the east coast and a bi-monthly transport to the Chicago area.

Our primary source of funding comes from this adoption donation. This donation allows us to rescue other dogs in danger of being put to sleep, injured or sick dogs and dogs that have never known the comfort of a home.
