Rex Adopted's Story...
Rex is a typical happy go lucky Great Pyrenees Pup. He is aprox 5-6 mo old, loves to paly with his dog buddies, cat safe and social with everyone he meets. Rex is house training and crate training along with learning his basic manners. He is very smart and wants to please. He is looking for a companion home where he'll be part of the family and would love to have a dog friend his size to play with.

Rex has received his first set of puppy vaccines, dewormed, neutered and micro chipped. He will be ready to join his fur-ever family approx. 9/17 once he's had his second series of vaccines. To apply for adoption you can visit our local or national websites: www.nationalpyr.org or www.wix.com/gprofok/gpr

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rex Adopted, a Tulsa Great Pyrenees puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Great Pyrenees for sale in Tulsa, or seeking a Great Pyrenees puppy from a breeder in Tulsa.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tulsa already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tulsa breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Great Pyrenees breeders who help with Great Pyrenees rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tulsa paves the way for another one to be saved.
