Casper like the friendly ghost is quiet. This tiny little Chihuahua gets along very well in a household of multiple dogs all bigger than him. Though still young he is fully grown and weighs in at 6.20 pounds. Casper loves most to be loved on, petted, and to sit on your lap. He appears to be housetrained.
