My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Teeny tiny Teka may be small in stature but has a great big heart. She was surrendered to Friendship because her human mom was going into an assisted living facility. Teka had been with her owner since she was a puppy. She came in terrified and has since become a lover. Teka loves to be held. She will hold her own with other dogs but prefers to be alone. She has not been with cats. This sweet girl is very tiny and doesn't much care for kids so it's best if she were adopted into an adult household. She's not nippy around them, but would prefer that they're not there. Teka spends her time alone and lets you know when she wants attention. She's potty trained as long as she's kept on a schedule and has manners in the house. Take some time to get to know Teka. You will absolutely love her! Teka is a 7 year old Toy Fox Terrier mix.

If you have kids and/or another dog in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet. No appointment is necessary. Stop by anytime during regular business hours.

All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are wormed, heartworm tested and spayed or neutered. Dogs 3 months and older are micro-chipped.
