My name is Greg!

Domestic Shorthair Kitten for adoption in Savannah, Georgia - Greg

I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Greg's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with cats.

Greg's Story...
Here's the story,
Of a lovely family
Who had a mother somewhere along the way.
But she wasn't spayed,
And ran away,
Leaving them all alone.
Here's the story,
Of an animal control director,
Who had seen more than enough kittens already.
They were six kittens,
Meowing all together,
Waiting for a place to call home.
Till the one day when the lady called this rescue,
And she knew it was much more than a hunch,
That this rescue would be suckered to take this family,
And that's why we named them the Brady Bunch.
Adoption fees are $40 per feline and $150 per canine unless otherwise specified. Adoption fees are not a tax-deductible donation as allowed by IRS regulations. Adoption fees help to offset the cost of the pet's care incurred by Coastal Pet Rescue, which are generally 2 to 3 times the adoption fee amount.
All Coastal Pet Rescue pets are current on shots, microchipped and spayed/neutered prior to adoption. Adopters are responsible for any shots that may be due after adoption (particularly for kittens and puppies that must have three rounds of shots to be protected).

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Greg, a Savannah Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Savannah, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Savannah.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Savannah already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Savannah breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Savannah paves the way for another one to be saved.
