Help This Wallflower - Miss Faye is a "petite" spayed front declawed female Black Persian. She is registered with papers. She weighs 5-6 lbs, is very healthy and is current on her shots. She came from Florida where her owner is in Hospice. The Owner's daughter brought Miss Faye here to Phoenix, but has discovered that she is allergic to cats.
Miss Faye is darling, and has the sweetest personality, but she is shy. Once she trusts you she will sit on your lap or sleep in your bed for an eternity. She comes with her own little bed where she sits in a sunny spot and rests. She's not very vocal. At night is when she becomes brave and hunts crickets with bravado.
She has been eating Royal Canine Persian and ProPlan Sensitive Stomach. She loves any kind of soft food as long as it is Pate. You may not be able to see it in the pictures, but she has a very pushed in face.
She is used to being groomed. The groomers adore her as she apparently lets them groom her while she purrs away!
The best home for Miss Faye will be similar to the one she came from - a single person, no dogs, no children living in the home. Strictly indoor only!
She has not lived with other cats, but we know from experience that the best medicine for shyness is another non-dominant female who has a very healthy self esteem.
