My name is Sir Chewie, or Chew-Chew for fun. I am a 19 lbs, 4 years old pekingese mix. Although I look like "grumpy Dog", I am anything but- I love to smile and I quite enjoy my strolls in the outside world. Can you keep up with me?
I get along with dogs, cats, and even fish; although sometimes I like to bark at and chase the cats, I am not hurtful towards them. I can entertain myself for hours with plush squeaky toys to toss around, or rolling around on the ground getting grass stains- that is REALLY fun. I would also enjoy having a brother or sister who is playful, too (but if I do get to have a brother or sister, please feed us separately as I think everything is mine).
I am a jovial man who enjoys the presence of my person, but I can also be fine when left alone; I am house trained and rarely have accidents, and I am quiet and calm. I don't like having my back legs handled and can get a little pissy if handled wrong . Like any other Peke, I will need a firm owner who can be my boss as I sometimes get a little carried away and think I'm head honcho!
Please look into my chestnut eyes and give me a chance. My one request is if you do adopt me, can I please have a top hat for Christmas? I'd look DIVINE.
